An electrical safety survey when you sell or let a flat. In Hungarian and English.

VBF is an on-site look at the flat’s electrical installation when you want a clear picture before a sale or a tenancy. We review the board and the visible wiring, and we tell you what we found. A written note is available on request.

This page does not state a validity period, a regulation, or a certification. If a contract needs a legal deadline, that has to be checked in an official Hungarian source — we do not present one as fact.
