What we process
From the quote form: name, phone number, district, language of the visit, kind of work, the short description, and if you attach it, a photo of the panel. Call and WhatsApp buttons open your own apps. We use marketing or analytics cookies only after you decide.
Purpose and legal basis
We ask for the form data so we can call you back and agree the job. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw consent at any time by email.
Processors
Form submissions are handled by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) as a processor. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. Processors handle data only as needed for their task, in some cases outside the European Union (USA), under the safeguards those providers offer. Retention
We keep form messages for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, then delete or anonymise them, unless the law requires a longer period.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and to withdraw consent. We do not use automated decision-making.
